Entrepreneur Centric Workshop on Business Model Innovation
Wednesday November 28, 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Stillorgan Park Hotel

ThousandSeeds welcomes you to the Entrepreneur-Centric Business Modelling workshop. This is a half day workshop where you’ll hear great advice and techniques to get your ideas & products off the ground using the Business Model Canvas. This is a tool for describing, analysing and designing business models.

A business model describes the rationale of how an organisation creates, delivers and captures value. Today, countless innovative business models are emerging. Entirely new industries are forming as old ones crumble. New innovation starts-ups are challenging the old ones, some of whom are struggling to reinvent themselves.

So, how can we systematically invent, design and implement powerful new business models? How can we question challenge and transform old, outmoded ones? Want to introduce a new product or service? How can we turn visionary ideas into game changing business models that challenge the establishment or rejuvenate it if we ourselves are incumbents? Need a new direction in your business? Want to increase the revenue of your business?
Now it’s critical to understand how to build a business model or how to find opportunities within your existing business model. In this workshop, we will work together, using the Business Model Innovation process, to help you come up with the answers.
